2. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases on the Website are permitted for individuals aged 18 and above only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

 

3. Products & Materials

Our Jewelry

All AÏMA jewelry is crafted in 14K yellow gold with lab-grown diamonds.

Diamond Quality:

  • Color: F (Colorless)

  • Clarity: VS (Very Slightly Included)

  • Method: CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)

  • Energy Source: 100% solar-powered

Certification:

  • Every diamond above 1 carat receives individual certification from an independent gemological laboratory

  • Every piece of jewelry comes with AÏMA certification detailing total carat weight, diamond quality, and materials

Product Images

Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences between images and actual products may occur due to lighting, photography, and the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.

4. Ordering Process & Production Time

Made-to-Order

Many AÏMA pieces are made to order and individually crafted for you.

Production & Shipping Timeline:

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2-3 business days

  • Made-to-order items: Require 4-6 weeks before shipping

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Delivery

  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security

  • Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the Company's control, including production delays, shipping issues, customs procedures, or force majeure events

  • Maximum delivery time: Shall not exceed 45 business days from order placement, in accordance with applicable law

If you need your piece sooner, please contact us at aimadiamondcontact@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your delivery timeline whenever possible.

 

5. Jewelry Sizing

IMPORTANT: We do not resize rings, or any other jewelry.

It is essential to provide us with your exact ring measurement before ordering.

We strongly recommend:

  • Visiting a local jeweler for professional ring sizing (many offer this service for free)

  • Ordering a ring sizer or using a printable ring size chart

  • Contacting us at aimadiamondcontact@gmail.com if you need guidance

Please double-check your size before placing your order, as rings cannot be resized or exchanged due to incorrect sizing.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the production stage.

After Production Begins

Since our products are custom-made jewelry, once an order has entered production, the Company cannot guarantee cancellation or a refund.

11. Care & Maintenance

Jewelry Care

14K Gold & Diamond Jewelry:

  • Clean gently with warm water and mild soap

  • Use a soft brush to remove any buildup around diamonds

  • Store in the provided jewelry pouch when not wearing

  • 14K gold is durable enough for daily wear

Detailed care instructions are included with every order.

Warranty

While our jewelry is crafted to last a lifetime with proper care, normal wear and tear is expected with daily use. Please contact us at aimadiamondcontact@gmail.com if you experience any manufacturing defects or quality issues.
